Andrew Paulson leads Lees Associates’ prime residential team on new build and refurbishment projects in central London and further afield. He has years of experience leading design and construction teams on high-value, often commercially sensitive, projects in historic listed properties.

Andrew always takes a principal role in projects. His approach is focused on delivering the optimum result for the client, which stems from clear communication and maintaining successful relationships across the project team. Kathryn Archer has extensive experience of running high-end projects in the retail, hotel, residential and office sectors. She places emphasis on the way in which experiences in one sector can inform those in others.

Kathryn has an excellent record for retaining clients and has worked for Harrods and Selfridges for a combined period of over twenty years, including working on the restoration of both of their facades. She led the design team on a number of high-profile projects at The Savoy Hotel and has overseen a variety of other commercial projects in The City of London and Moscow – work that generally combines conservation with new build elements.
