Lees Associates’ director Andrew Paulson became a father for the first time on 1st October when his wife, Sarah gave birth to the beautiful James William. Andrew is now back at work after two weeks with his new family, who are doing really well.

Lees Associates reveal latest thinking in office skins

Lees Associates’ latest eco-concept has been featured on building4change.com.

John Lees discusses his vision for an “eco-skin” that can be retrofitted to existing buildings, in particular office blocks. With a high-tensile lightweight self-supporting structure, it is designed to be future-proof  in terms of both environmental control and energy consumption through an evolutionary process.

Google StreetView with a difference. Users can upload and overlay historic photos over modern day images of familiar street views. Really brings history to life!

Extended Family (Part 1)

Lees Associates has recently strengthened its interiors presence with the formation of a sister company, Lambart and Browne. Operating out of the same office, the new company is run by exciting young prospects Freddy van Zevenbergen and Tom Browning, formerly of NH Design, with John Lees.

They have had an extremely successful first few months, securing several new projects including a private members club in Mayfair, a residential development in Victoria and a Regency ambassadorial residence near Regents Park. The procurement of their first project was completed recently for a delighted client who has invited them to do a proposal for another of his developments.
