Recently granted planning and listed building consent, this project is for the complete redevelopment and restoration of one of the last remaining undeveloped single private houses on Eaton Square.

The scheme involves the rebuilding of the mews house and a two-storey link block housing a swimming pool, gym, living room and dining room. Glazed floors carry light down to the lowest levels and light-tubes wash the walls of the swimming pool with natural light.

A roof-top garden connects the guest suite with the main house and becomes a central focus for the property.
