Lees Associates produced the technical drawing package for this two-storey apartment in a Kensington conservation area. The project converted three existing apartments into one. A grand sweeping marble and glass staircase accentuated by a tiered glass chandelier is the main focal point, with additional accommodation including a large library, a reception room featuring an Art Nouveau fireplace, spacious open plan kitchen, breakfast room and family room and state-of-the-art fitted bedrooms.
