Berkeley Square

The complete refurbishment of a Grade II* listed townhouse at one of London’s most prestigious addresses. Working with Project Manager Paul Goode of Goodesign and Interior Designers Keech Green, Lees Associates developed a strategy for the conservation, restoration and refurbishment of one of the last remaining Regency properties on Berkeley Square. We successfully negotiated planning and listed building consent for the works, creating a 21st century office in a gloriously restored Regency interior. Externally, historic features including the front balcony and door surround were reinstated. Inside, the ornate plaster mouldings of the walls and ceilings were restored to their former glory with the removal of many years of paint and oak parquet floors were reinstated throughout.
