European Headquarters relocation feasibility study, culminating in the fit-out of 60,000 square feet of high quality office space.  In order to settle on this location Lees Associates undertook a property evaluation of five sites including a “Move or Stay” option.

We also advised Conoco on their property holdings in Aberdeen, looking at ways of adding 80 to 120 staff into their existing premises at Rubislaw.  Lees Associates provided a full design service including 3D computer fly-through visualisations, colour boards, materials specifications, furniture procurement and production information packages.  We also carried out a space audit and space planning in order to optimise use of space, flexibility and working practices.
