Lees Associates’ involvement began with analysis of GNI’s business activity to formulate a strategic growth plan and incorporated a complete interior design service, including detail design, specification of fitting-out components and selection of furniture, finishes and fabrics. This enabled GNI to relocate to Cannon Bridge and helped them to grow to from a small independent broker to their current size occupying 100,000 sq ft of offices including a 240-position dealing room on two floors.
