Our initial involvement was the creation of prestigious executive hospitality facilities comprising reception and ante-room areas, a grand staircase, boardroom and a suite of dining and meeting rooms.

Our success in delivering this quality environment was rewarded by repeat business for a continuous ‘roll out’ of projects over six years, including the design modification management for a 220-position dealing room and data centre, which demanded a particularly high level of co-ordination for M & E and Information Technology disciplines.

We set up the management systems to deliver the space planning and restack of the support offices comprising 400,000 square feet over four floors including the integration of an 80-position trading room and support offices for Phibro Energy (Salomon’s parent company) at 3rd floor level.
