The Team

Today the Practice continues to be run by John Lees and fellow directors Kathryn Archer and Andrew Paulson. Between them, they are directly involved in every project, supported by some 15 architects, designers and technicians in the London office and by associate offices in Newcastle, Hong Kong and Mahon, with our London office able to support growth.

Since Lees Associates recognises that the ultimate difference in business is people, the practice has taken great care to nurture a young team with fresh ideas, who can make an enthusiastic commitment to the dedication to quality shared by both directors and clients. The Lees Associates team expects to take responsibility and to share the challenges and golden moments of each project with the client.

Lees Associates enhances its efficiency through major investment in networked CAD systems; the staff are fluent in all aspects of leading software. Lees Associates likes to do things that no one else has done, and the application of new technologies has enabled the practice to develop this approach on varied assignments including the fastest track project of its size ever in the City of London, the saving of the structure of a landmark building in London’s West End from irreversible decay and leading a pioneering community project in the heart of the countryside.
