Andrew Paulson joined the practice in 2003, bringing with him a variety of conservation experience working on several significant historic buildings in London and the southeast, notably Ightham Mote in Kent. Gaining Chartered Architect status in 2006, he has been the Project Architect for an array of Lees Associates’ high-spec projects in the residential, retail and commercial sectors.

Andrew’s residential experience has been at the very top end of the market, working on the refurbishment of a number of exclusive properties, including the the £2.9million Jacobean Dixton Manor in Gloucestershire; a £2.3million Knightsbridge residence, which included a new cinema and pool complex; a £6million Georgian townhouse in Mayfair; and an £8million refurbishment of a townhouse in Eaton Square; as well as number of other highprofile, high-value private developments. He is currently leading the design team for the fit-out of a uniquely prestigious penthouse apartment in the heart of London. In all of these projects Andrew leads and coordinates the design teams in a diligent manner that earns him the trust and respect of his colleagues. He is regularly involved in Lees Associates’ often complex but always successful planning and listed building applications.

In the retail sector, Andrew has worked extensively at both Harrods and Selfridges, most recently on the restoration of Harrod’s famous Brompton Road façade.
