MMathPhil (Oxon), BSc (Hons)

David Rieser joined the practice in 2007, after graduating from the Bartlett School of Architecture. Having previously studied maths and philosophy at Oxford, as well as art previously, he has a unique background. He has been a key member of the team in many of Lees Associates’ high-spec projects, particularly in the residential sector.

David’s three years of experience with Lees Associates have been wide ranging, working on both delicate restorations and new builds for a number of clients at the very top end of the market. These have included exclusive residences to be built in Moscow and London as well heavy involvement at the planning stage of the extension and refurbishments of an £8million townhouse in Eaton Square and a £12million private residence in Regents Park.

As an architectural assistant his role is flexible, allowing him to rapidly gain a range of experience in 3D modelling, CGI fly-throughs, feasibility studies and technical detailing.

David is currently working on a number of projects, from multimillion pound housing in London and Moscow to a contemporary barn extension in the Kent countryside.

He is due to start his Part II at London Metropolitan University in the autumn.

In his free time David continues his interest in art by visiting galleries in London and abroad. He is a keen footballer and also greatly enjoys cooking and happily, eating.
