Joanna Murchison, Architectural Assistant

Joanna joined the team of Lees Associates in April 2009 after her recent migration from New Zealand to the UK. In New Zealand, she completed her Bachelor of Architecture in 2006 and began working immediately as an architectural graduate for a Wellington office that focused on residential works and environmental development. This background gave her the foundation for the challenging and interesting work that she has been working on at Lees Associates.

Since her first day, Joanna has been working solely on an exclusive and prestigious apartment fit-out in central London, with the dedicated team of Andrew, Mathew and Gary. Thanks to Andrew’s direction, she is expanding her knowledge and skills to the reach the highest level of quality that is demanded from the work.

In her free time Joanna loves exploring the city of London, embracing the galleries, museums, markets and restaurants that are on offer. She is a very active person and enjoys keeping fit, whether it be through walking, swimming or dancing. Travelling is currently her favourite pastime, visiting all the destinations that Europe has to offer and experiencing the architecture, culture and culinary delights of these travels.
