Michal Majewski, Architectural Assistant

MArch

Michal Majewski rejoined Lees Associates in January 2009 having previously worked for the company from 2006 to 2007, mainly on large retail projects for clients such as Selfridges and Harrods.

His portfolio contains a number of large, mixed use, urban regeneration, residential and commercial retail schemes in a number of European countries.

As an Architectural Assistant his role is varied and creative, working closely with the finely tuned team of Lees Associates to produce 3D models, CGI animations, feasibility studies and planning and detail drawings.

Michal is currently working on a variety of projects, from a Mayfair nightclub fit-out through to residential projects ranging from rural barn extensions to multimillion pound housing in London and Moscow, both developer-led and for private clients.

Outside of work Michal enjoys visiting galleries and has a keen enthusiasm for cycling, designing and building custom bikes.

Michal has an MA degree in architecture (RIBA Part II equivalent) from the Technical University of Lodz and Universita degli Studi Roma Tre. Early next year he is planning to complete his Part 3 in order to become a fully Chartered Architect.
