Lees Associates are associated with the Rural Green Village Company, a development company which sets out to deliver a new way of returning local amenities to small villages, market towns and urban centres by bringing back the core elements that have made our traditional society  part of the fabric of the rich heritage of our countryside.

All the utility services attached to the scheme will use the latest forms of “green” technology such as reed-bed sewage waste systems, wind-powered electricity and solar panel hot water heating systems. All the incoming power suppliers will be those that offer sustainable energy policies.
