The Firm undertook such an analysis for Courtaulds’ UK portfolio, looking at some 80 industrial and office sites in the Midlands, before advising on operational and financial efficiency opportunities.

A thorough study of existing operational requirements, projected needs and property overheads enabled Lees Associates to demonstrate to Courtaulds management how the portfolio could be rationalised, achieving significant reserves to fund major repair and refurbishment works at the remaining properties.
