We recognise that a key element in any project is effective management, from establishing the brief to co-ordinating the various design, construction and legal aspects which together comprise the building process.

Lees Associates’ proven track record to manage and deliver exciting design projects on time and to budget is reinforced by the decision of Selfridges & Co. to retain us as architects and project managers for the last eight years. Lees Associates manage all phases of large and small projects, from taking the initial brief, co-ordinating design development with buyers, management, directors and concessions, producing documentation and site management of both local and international contractors.

As well as working for Selfridges as designers in our own right, we often work with international concept designers as the safe pair of hands that manages and interprets their vision into the local market. We are trusted to deliver on time and to budget.
