Lees Associates is one of the most experienced UK practices providing analytical services across retail, hospitality and commercial sectors.

These include analysis of a client’s working methods, adjacency flow charts, work/retail space, merchandise density and furniture audits, review of storage and display/desking systems, services, health and safety, and space expansion provisions based on anticipated growth criteria.

As part of its project management programme for GNI, for example, Lees Associates set up the management system to deliver the space planning and restack of the support offices at Cannon Bridge, which included the integration of a secondary trading room and offices for the parent company.

Lees Associates was also retained by leading stockbrokers, Greig Middleton and, as a result of the five-year business programme we initiated, the practice was able to forecast future space requirements well in advance, effectively saving the client time and money.
