Lees Associates has over many years established its skill in assessing the overall picture to help clients achieve their long term goals through a series of short steps.

The practice was involved, for instance, in development studies for Ancasta Marina - Cowes’ premier yachting site. It was a project which required sensitive handling to create 80 flats, an 80-bed hotel and an events complex, while retaining the qualities of space and place valued by its loyal clientele.
