Renowned cosmetic dermatologist Dr. Maurice Dray invited Lees Associates to design and project manage the fit-out of his exclusive new clinic in Kensington. The scheme provides a generous reception and waiting room, five well-appointed treatment rooms and a number of ancillary spaces.

We assisted the client during the planning process, eventually securing change of use and listed building consent for the historic space, which was previously an open-plan office.
Lees Associates successfully prepared a detailed pack of construction drawings in just two weeks in order to meet the fast-track programme. We acted as Contract Administrator during the works, maintaining a regular site presence to ensure the highest standards of quality were achieved.
