This is one of the most prestigious sites in Moscow, just a stone’s throw from the Kremlin. The clients brief asked for a classic exterior in a traditional style, which is reflected in our design picking up on the local Art Nouveau influence. Lees Associates designed a wonderful family home suitable for entertaining at the highest level. This truly grand development links the cultural past to the forward looking future of the new Moscow landscape.

The highly detailed CGI movie allowed the client to fully understand the entire design in look and feel. Lees Associates went on to demonstrate the accuracy of this communication in other completed projects for the same client.
