Lees Associates carried out a feasibility study for the relocation of Conoco Phillips European HQ, culminating in the fit-out of 60,000 sq ft of high quality office space.

In order to settle on this location Lees Associates undertook a property evaluation of five sites including a ‘move or stay’ option. Lees Assocaites also advised Conoco Phillips on their property holdings in Aberdeen, looking at ways of adding up to 120 additional staff into their existing premises in Rubislaw.
Lees Associates provided a full design service including ; fly-through visualisations, colour boards, material specifications, furniture procurement and production information packages.
We also carried out a space audit and space planning services in order to optimise on use of space, flexibility and working practices.
Lees Associates were subsequently retained to design Conoco’s Russian HQ in Moscow.
