Brief
From your initial chat with one of our Partners, Andrew or Kathryn, we will help crystallise your objectives into a considered and thorough briefing document. This will include any measures that you wish to take in response to the affects of Covid-19.
Feasibility
We will undertake a detailed occupancy study of your current premises and use this as a starting point to develop plans for improved working patterns, facilities and environments. We will prepare ‘test fit’ plans.
Cost and programme
We will provide information to allow you to make confident, informed decisions throughout the process. We can offer the roles of Architect, Project Manager, Principal Designer, Employer’s Agent, and Contract Administrator.
Design development
We will prepare detailed construction information to allow the project to be procured economically and efficiently.
Procurement
We will advise on the most efficient procurement method for your individual project and use our knowledge of consultants and contractors to establish a reliable and efficient team.
Construction
We will oversee construction on site and assist in monitoring costs, quality and programme through to completion.
Handover
We will ensure that the project is handed over with full Operations & Maintenance Manuals and will be available to assist during the initial occupancy settling in period to ensure that everything is operating smoothly.
