The prime London property market comes together during the first week of September every year for Lees Associates’ annual summer party, and 2023 was no exception. We are thrilled that it has become such a staple on the social calendar for so many!
As usual, our many and varied guests from across the industry - easily over 120 people - gathered in our beautiful roof garden, enjoying the gorgeous weather: who could have anticipated temperatures of 30º in September?!

The annual LA Table Football competition was again hotly contested, this year in its own purpose-built arena! The eventual winners were Lucas Kaempfler of Caroline Baker and his erstwhile colleague, Acland Geddes, now of Priory Walk. Congratulations to both!!

It was also the first occasion for many of our guests to see our recent office upgrades, including our private meeting pods, which were quite a talking point!
